Businesses are understandably concerned about managing the risks associated with COVID-19, not least how well equipped their suppliers are to provide continuity of service.
We are mindful of the fact that many of our customers use our services for business critical communication with employees, customers and suppliers, and the need for these services is even greater in an emergency.
The Commify family of brands has robust and regularly tested Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) in place in each of our office locations, which ensure that there is no impact on the services we provide to our customers across the world in the event of a sustained office closure.
All of our staff can perform their roles from home, and all staff are issued with laptops and mobile phones where appropriate. Our platforms and internal business systems are all cloud-based and can be securely accessed remotely. Commify is not expecting any disruption of service in the event of an emergency / crisis.
