Dee is an inspirational sales leader, winning multiple awards during his career, including winning Yell UK’s Inspirational Leaders’ Award four times, positioning the business as one of the ’Top 100 Best Employers to work for’ two-years consecutively, and being acknowledged as a “Top 40 under 40” Business Leader in Ireland by Belfast Media Group.

Dee joined the Commify leadership team in April 2020, with a vision to transform the sales force into a true differentiator; account managers who challenge, support and inspire customers seeking a business communications partner. Working with senior sales leaders across the UK, Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Australia, Dee’s clarity of purpose is helping to redefine Commify’s relationship with its customers.

Dee lives in Northern Ireland with his wife and two children, and is a keen golfer.
