Dominic Harders is a transformational marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth and brand across organisations ranging from high-growth companies to multi-billion-pound enterprises.
Prior to joining Commify as Chief Marketing Officer in February 2025, he previously led marketing at Kainos plc, a FTSE 250 technology company. His career also includes leading marketing for Capita’s educational software business and numerous regional and global leadership positions at WPP’s consumer insights arm, Kantar.
Dominic holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
